Later in April, we’ll be welcoming Michelle Sanchez, our denomination’s Executive Minister of Make and Deepen Disciples and author of Color-Courageous Discipleship: Follow Jesus, Dismantle Racism, and Build Beloved Community. She’ll be preaching on color-courageous discipleship and holding a book talk, and in preparation we want to read and discuss what we’re learning and our thoughts and questions in community! Michelle lays out a clear vision and practical steps for integrating the pursuit of racial justice into our understanding of discipleship, and whether this is an idea that’s new for you or whether you’ve been on this journey for many years, we would love for you to be part of the discussion!
