High blood pressure and blood sugar are leading contributors to early death and other preventable diseases in the United States. Our nurses will check your blood pressure and blood sugar to make sure you are in a healthy range. They can also educated you about important steps to take to manage your health.

Test your vision, and find out if you need vision assistance. If you do, we can set you up to meet with local eye care providers.

Have questions about health insurance? Need help applying for Mass Health or Health Connector? A health insurance specialist from North Shore Community Health Center will be available to answer questions or help you with the application process.

For all parents of newborns and young infants: meet with our certified breastfeeding specialist to discuss breastfeeding or postpartum concerns
