When Christ commands followers to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Matt. 22:39), it's a call to humbly grow in self-awareness and love of ourselves so we can love others well. Everyone has a voice, uniquely gifted by the Holy Spirit as described in Ephesians 4, whether they know it or not. From the most quiet to the most gregarious, we all have the ability to use our voice in our church, family, and community to effectively serve others, strengthen relationships and glorify God.
We lead based on our own bias, experience, and perspective. Most people don't know their voice or how to use it. Some are insecure in their voice or, worse, have been told it is unimportant while others immaturely overuse their voice and dominate the airwaves.
The 5 Voices System is designed to help every individual discover their voice and be empowered to use it effectively - in their family, their work, and their church. Can you imagine a congregation full of people who were self-aware, knew how to communicate, and were able to bring their best to relationships and service every week? What would that do for your home life? For church community? For culture at work? For productivity? We believe individuals, churches and communities can be transformed when everyone operates securely in their own voice and learns to value the voices of others.
